Our policy
Being the director of the Company Tropous Ltd, We would like to inform few important concerns regarding the recruitment process.
Whoever approaches me for student admissions and skilled worker visa, it is mandatory that you should have proper research about the concerned sponsor. If you are a student, you are advised to learn about the university to where you are applying. Likewise if you are a skilled visa candidate you should collect accurate information about the job role and other details regarding the sponsor. If you would like to know more about the sponsors, you are always free to ask.
As a recruiter We can
1. Arrange and schedule interviews
2. Collect the documents from the candidates
3. Get the offer letter from your concerned sponsor.
4. Receive recruitment fees from the candidates.
5. Provide updates of the interview with an offer letter or rejection letter if any
6. Issuing COS/CAS
7. Link the candidates with our immigration firm for the visa application purposes and other legal advice.
8. Make sure that you receive your visa decision on time, if there are any delays in getting decision beyond the standard decision period our legal team will help you to sort out.
9. Make sure that all candidates enrol to training with their sponsor at the right time. Thereafter your recruitment process will be completed from our side.
The recruitment fees is not refundable after the completion of your recruitment process.
After your enrolment ( training ) with the concerned sponsors, the company would not interfere in any of the matters in between the candidates and sponsors.
The company won’t be responsible for anything that happen with the sponsor and the candidate, employee issues /License issues etc .. thereafter enrolment as it is beyond our control. We will be literally helpless if anything happens.
